The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown. The house has heat & AC, washer/dryer, small backyard, large porch, and detached garage for storage. Plus, we have a nice landlord! Our roommate is moving out of town and we’re looking to fill her room.

Hello! I am a preschool/music teacher. I enjoy cooking, playing guitar, rollerblading, and spending time at the beach. I am very easy going and tidy. I like a good balance of socializing with friends and me-time. My girlfriend is a lab technician at a winery. She is friendly an encyclopedia of everything pop culture. Some weekends we are out of town visiting family, sometimes we have friends over so don’t mind if you do. We are just looking for a roommate who is responsible and easy to get along with.
