Aubrey's room

One room available in a 3 bed 2 bath house located south west of Mercedes Benz stadium in Ashview Heights (very close to the Atlanta University Center). The room for rent shares a bathroom. Neighborhood itself is very quiet and mostly families. Also quite close to parts of the city with a lot going on including West End (5 minutes), Reynolds town (10 minutes), Downtown (12 minutes) and Midtown (15 minutes). Walking/biking distance to the Beltline Westside trail that connects to Monday Night Garage, Wild Heaven Brewery, the Overlook, and more. Property has a front porch and large backyard with a back deck.

Pictures include all common areas and the room for rent as well as the shared bathroom. Please note that the photos of the bedroom include the current furniture of the person living there, but this furniture will not be staying. All furniture in common areas is staying.

I am a third year PhD student at Georgia Tech and my roommate staying is a second year PhD student at Georgia Tech. We are 26 and 24 (both males), are clean, enjoy going out on the weekends but tend to keep the house relatively quiet during the week as we both are focusing on work/studies.

Ideally looking for a young professional third roommate. Someone who is clean and respectful.
