Jennifer's room

I am a single mom who has room for rent if someone in need. I won’t bother you and internet and utilities included. My children at schools most days. Kitchen free to use, big driveway, etc. I don’t have carpet in the home. Will provide armoire for hanging clothes and shelves are built into walls. I have a twin bed frame yet no mattress. I have 3 full bathrooms so one on lower unit I would have all roommates for additional $75/month. Keep in mind my sons rarely use the bathroom. 2 kids to a bathroom yet they often use my shower in my master. It’s a standup shower w toilet and sink. I will provide images to those who respond and “check out”.

I’m a single mom of 4 sons. I am looking for a roommate to help supplement income a bit yet be my back up or a friend. I’m 38 yr old. I have all sons and they usually stick to their rooms. Living room downstairs be pretty much yours and bedroom. Washer and dryer be right next to your room. Big driveway. House is secure w ring doorbell and cameras. I need a background check yet if become friends and could help out once in a while so I could run to the store and just supervise the house (kids don’t require much) I’d deduct from rent.
