Jackson's room

This is a house my dad has allowed me to stay in since he left to Dominican Republic. It is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Parking is available on the side of the house. Washing Unit and Drying unit are also inside the house as well. The house does not have the best insulation so in winter so I have an abundance of space heaters. There are some blemishes inside the house like old carpet and marks on dry wall, but if you don’t mind that, please reach out to me.

I’m an introvert and I like my own personal space. I have a cat and if you are allergic or own a dog this home may not be for you. I need someone who will clean up after themselves, has good hygiene, and respect boundaries. If you have company or visitors please be mindful and respectful of the house is all I ask.
