About the room
Hello! My roommate and I are parting ways after our lease is up (each moving in with S/O) and am looking for someone to take over the apartment! We are in Laguna Niguel in a, what I refer to as, “mini condo”. I have furnished all of the downstairs, and can leave my bedroom furniture behind, too (furnished will be extra). This has a half bath downstairs and each bedroom (dual master upstairs) has its own bathroom. Appliances are included in the unit, W/D is also upstairs. Unit comes with one parking pass and one garage (enclosed w/ garage door). Please let me know if interested - will be available late January 2023!
