I own the home. I’m 36 with two cats and a dog. You would be sharing the jack-and-jill bathroom with me. There is a half bath downstairs as well to supplement taking turns with the bathroom when occupied. I own a small behavior healthcare company here in Nashville. I’ve lived in East Nashville since 2009. We currently have a narrow driveway so street parking is the only option in our quiet neighborhood. The home is conveniently located near Ellington Parkway, i65 and i24 as well as Briley Parkway. Just 10 minutes to 5 points and the home is 11-13 minutes to downtown via Ellington. There’s access to public transportation via bus 1 block from the home. Additionally, there are a few of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops/bars within walking distance. The neighborhood consists of young professionals and younger families. Everyone is incredibly friendly. There is 1 other roommate living upstairs (male 34). He’s lived with me for 2.5 years. He has his own living space and restroom.
