My house has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The home features a spacious living and dining room with a freshly painted interior throughout, stainless steel appliances, as well as a kitchen and laundry room. My house is in a gated community and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I have a nice backyard with a covered patio. The house is located one block from the park and walking trails and is easy access to the freeway and less than 4 miles from the Galleria and the Fountains, and walking distance from grocery shopping. The monthly rent is $900, including utilities and WiFi, and the lease term is six months. Shorter lease terms may be available at an additional cost. A security deposit of $900, a background check, and a credit check are required. The application fee is $50. I am looking for someone to move in at the beginning of December, so please reach out!
