Samantha's room

Private room with your own bathroom! Nice walk in shower and has been maintained clean for the few I’ve been here. Has it’s own closet as well. Utilities and WiFi is all shared and split between the other 3 roommates. 2 cats also live here in the house so just an allergy warning if you have one. The room has a door in the bathroom that just leads back out but is nice because it’s right next to the washer/dryer. Also on the floor of the kitchen and is pretty isolated from the other rooms.

Three other girls living in the house and all are students. We are all pretty busy with school and work so throughout the week it can be mellow. Females only and preferably students but please reach out with questions. We are all 21 and in college so around that age range would be best since we are all college students.
