East 3rd Street

I am moving out this December and looking for someone to sublet my room. It is a private room in a 3-bedroom apartment. The room has a view of the lake, and a nice closet. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the lake, a large kitchen & walk-in pantry, dining room, and living room. There is guaranteed off-street parking, and the only costs on top of rent are wifi and electricity which usually are around $20 total per month.

Its about a 5 minute drive from campus, and a block off the bus route.

I have a full sized bed that I will leave behind if you’d like me to.

My roommates, Isaiah and Ash, are not students but are 20 and 22. They are good roommates, and we split tasks like cleaning evenly. Ash has a cat, Spring, who is very sweet and will stay out of your room if you don’t want her in there.
