This home is located in a premier neighborhood of North Adams, nestled in the foothills of Florida Mountain. The home sits on just over an acre of private land, in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood. The room is available furnished or unfurnished, and you will have your own private bathroom to use. The home is just over 3,000 sq. ft. and contained 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is an abundance of outdoor space for your use. I’ve owned the house for a bit over one year now. Since purchasing back in 2021, I’ve completely renovated most of the home with all new solid hardwood floors throughout, a new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, brand new double tier Trex deck, and other amenities.

I am often occupied outside of the house, spending most of my time traveling for work Monday-Friday. I am quiet, and try to respect the boundaries of the neighborhood whenever possible. I like to think of myself as a very clean and organized person and hope to find a roommate with a similar mentality. The ideal roommate will also be respectful of these limitations.
