This lovely large room is furnished. A full bed is accompanied with a loveseat . It is a nice bright room with a non functioning fireplace. Attached to the bedroom is a furnished sitting room. This room is a short term lease on a month to month basis. Availanle now through February. However, on Jan. 1, 2023, I have a small one bedroom apt available in the building next door if you are interested. $1,100.
About the roomies
This is a large 5 bedroom house. You will be the only occupant. Of course, the kitchen is available to you. Neighbors in the houses on either side of you are extremely friendly!
