We are located in the Montavilla neighborhood (NE PDX) across from Multnomah University in a quiet suburb.

We are 4 clean, quiet young professionals (ages 28-37) who enjoy communal living (some of us have lived together here a few years, and love it!) and are respectful of shared spaces. We love getting to know each other when we can (movie nights, birthdays, etc.) but are also happy to respect anyone’s space/boundaries. Excited to welcome a new roommate who values communication, tidiness, and fostering a safe 🏳️‍🌈 & peaceful space.

Our location makes transportation very easy (between Burnside & Glisan, so bus routes abound), and the Gateway Max station @ 99th is a 3-minute drive/15-minute walk. For those with cars, we are right at the 205 & 84 junction—can get to downtown in 10 minutes! 5 minutes away from Fred Meyer & 8 minutes to Trader Joe’s by car.

$525/month, $300 deposit, utilities ~$70. Lease running through June 30th, 2023 (You’d be subleasing until 6/30 and could choose to take over the lease for another year). Large kitchen/living space, front/back porches & yard, washer/dryer. No smoking or pets. Single occupant only.

This home currently consist of four people between the ages of 28-37.

One male who lives in the basement, he is a Bartender and Part-time student pursing a Computer Engineering degree.

Three females: A second grade Teacher with a passion for teaching, fine arts and writing. An HR Manager; who is also very artsy, loves to cook and socialize. A College Professor, who indulges her free time reading, mediating and gardening.
