Roommate Requirements:

We are looking for a roommate who shares our love for modern living and is respectful of common spaces. No kids, and we prefer those around our age or younger with common interests. We allow the responsible use of weed and alcohol, but nothing stronger. Small pets are welcome, but they will need to be restricted to your room initially.

Market Value and Utilities:

The market value for renting an entire unit in this complex is approximately $2400 per month, not including utilities. However, we are offering this bedroom at a competitive price, with utilities included, as long as they are used within reason.

About the Household:

We are two single, straight white males in our 30s, with a shared love for gaming and technology. We consider ourselves reasonably conservative and own firearms, which are securely locked in a safe. We’ve both undergone background checks and have no criminal history. Our free time is mostly spent playing video games on Discord with friends, and we’re quite nerdy. We rarely have people over, as we’re generally introverted.

About Myself:

After going through a divorce, I decided to lease out some of the rooms in my condo, as it’s just too big for one person. I’m a proud graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Currently, I work from home in the tech industry, so I’m usually around. I have a friendly cat named Hamilton, who is fully vaccinated and FIV-free. Hamilton is a lovely addition to our household and loves to cuddle and play.
