About the room

Utilities included in price! 1 private bedroom with your own private ensuite bathroom! Rooms come with a platform twin bedframe, desk, and chair. All utilities provided along with house cleaning of common areas (shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, hallways). Basic kitchen ware and appliances included! Must bring your own mattress. Price is for a 1 year lease minimum.

Shorter terms: 8-9 months - $865/month 6 months - $880/month Month to month - $900/ month

Pricing is for 1 person, but second person can be added for an extra $100 per month to cover extra utilities.
