George's room

Hello I live in a two-bedroom two-bath duplex in a chill neighborhood on the Northeast side of Bend. You get your own private room and “semi” private bathroom, it’s the one that guests would use if they were here as well so that’s why it’s “semi” private. Plenty of street Parking available. I’m looking for a month to month, as If I ever wanted to relocate you would have to move as well, since the lease is through my friend.

I don’t need a roommate I would like one for the social aspect of it (Gym buddy, Hiking Buddy, so forth). So If you aren’t open to new friendships and sane but quirky people, it’s probably not a match :) I have had a spare room for years, but just enjoy my privacy. I am looking for a friendship as well as the roommate situation, so it’s not the same as some listings. I’m a gay male, and I am known in town as a drag artist lol 🤣 it doesn’t consume my life and tend to prefer things that involve getting my hands dirty ( working on my car, real camping:) , traveling, crafting) ideally looking for a straight roomate, comfortable with their own self, so that my sexuality doesn’t effect our friendship, but we are able to still be “Bros” and engage in typical guy stuff. With that being said, I’m not one for labels, I get along with everyone, I spend most of my time watching YouTube videos of random sorts, I work 3 days a week and spend the rest at home or traveling. Ideally I’d like to find someone else who is a looking for a friend/roomate situation, but also enjoys their own time away from home with their friends. I have lived alone most my time in Bend and my previous roommate moved out with their Fiance last year. I like to keep my house pretty chill and clean, but am not against the occasional impromptu get together. I’m a loaner and a social butterfly crammed into one 🤣 I’m easy going, but sensible and my biggest pet peeve is inconsiderate people. I’m 420 friendly and looking for someone who is as well. I recently had lost 150lbs (gained some back, don’t judge me already lol ) so I’m looking for someone into a healthy lifestyle, but not judgemental and looking for a partner in crime at the gym. I work in healthcare, have a career. I’m a unique individual, but I am stable. I would really like to find someone who is on the same page as myself professional but able to still let loose and enjoy life, who is trustful and uplifting. I don’t need a roommate I just would like one to fill the social void in my life, mostly because I don’t use social media or anything like that, so getting connections that are meaningful outside of a bar is difficult, I sound weird and I am 😂 but in a good way, hoping I find someone else like myself to be my roomie. In my free time outside of watching YouTube, I of course like to be outdoors as well that’s why I’m in Bend. ADHD Capricorn with lots of hobbies. Who rides motorcycles? Let’s rent some snowmobiles. Let’s go snowshoeing. Let’s take a trip to the coast. Let’s play some trivia at a local brewery. Let’s go watch some stand-up comedy. Let’s take a random trip up to the mountain and camp. I know it may read like a dating profile, but I feel like a roommate has to be the right person or else it can be hell, so I’m ok communicating and being honest about what we should expect out of it.
