We are looking for a kind, considerate, non-smoking, clean, and respectful housemate.

Homeowner occupies 3rd floor. 2 tenants share the downstairs hall bath and reside on the 2nd floor. A 3rd bedroom on that floor is occupied 2-3 nights per week by a gig-worker. Housemates include a small business owner, musician/doctoral student, and a tradesperson. Two greyhounds and a beagle are the canine occupants.
