This historic home is conveniently located within walking distance of nature, shopping & restaurants. Easy commute to Ft. Belvoir via Fairfax Connector and REX, ~2 miles to Huntington Metro.

All utilities (gas, water, electric, and internet) are included. This is a three-story, six bedroom house with 3.5 baths, eat-in kitchen & 2 living rooms. The kitchen is furnished with 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/range. Washer/Dryer on the main floor. There is a large shaded front porch & spacious, fully fenced, backyard.

Wireless high-speed internet included. The house offers plenty of privacy- bedrooms are located on a different level from the common areas such as living room and kitchen, so you can socialize with the roommates without compromising your own private space.

This location is ideal for someone who works at Ft. Belvoir or any metro accessible government agencies in the DC metro area as well as someone who teleworks part or full time.

We are looking for a kind, considerate, non-smoking person, COVID-vaccinated, who will keep the common areas and their personal space clean. Medium/large dogs may be considered if they pass a meet & greet with the resident canines. Cats and small dogs are not allowed.

This rate is for a 6 month lease – a discounted rate may be available when signing a longer lease. (Shorter term lease can be negotiated.) The space may be furnished upon request. Background & Credit check required.

Homeowner occupies 3rd floor. 2 tenants share the downstairs hall bath and reside on the 2nd floor. A 3rd bedroom on that floor is occupied 2-3 nights per week by a gig-worker. Housemates include a small business owner, musician/doctoral student, and a tradesperson. Two greyhounds and a beagle are the canine occupants.
