Amber's room

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female) for the third bedroom of my SE Boise house. The sublease begins on December 1. The house is pet friendly and has a fully fenced backyard. There is laundry in the unit and private parking. I’m asking for $675, plus utilities– water, gas, electricity, internet, sewage, and trash. I have one small female dog. She’s friendly, low energy and very quiet, she’s also well behaved. The other girl who lives in the house has two cats, they are also very well-behaved and super friendly. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a high-end gas stove, and a walk-in pantry. Large open family room. The bathroom is updated and will be shared with one other girl. The backyard is large and low maintenance. Close to shops, restaurants, and the greenbelt!

There are two girls living here, myself and my co-worker. We are both Behavior Interventionists at an elementary school in Garden City. We are both clean, quiet, and respectful roommates who love the outdoors and animals.
