About the room
The house is a 4 bedroom duplex in Marina, CA. Non-smokers only.
The room is a 10’ x 20’ Master bedroom with attached bathroom.
The room is furnished and contains an Toshiba - 32“ Class LED HD Smart Fire TV Edition TV with access to Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney and Netflix. There is no standard TV service. Full access to washer and dryer is available.
Although I listed January 1, it can be available sooner.
The photos are two years old before my current Housemate moved in. More current photos will not be available for several weeks.
About the roomies
I am a senior who works full time from home. I have daily phone call and online meetings, plus I am active in Toastmasters so I have many evening meetings as well.
My current Housemate is moving out 1 December. It will be December 5 before I can have the room and bathroom fully cleaned.
