We are renting 1 (one) private room with shared bathroom for $950 in our newly built house in beautiful Plumas Lake.

Our house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors.

This house is fully furnished with all new modern appliances, furniture, washer and dryer.

You will also have access to our beautiful backyard. We are currently building a pergola so you will have access to a nice outside area to hang out, etc.

There is a walking trail behind the house, a park nearby. Right down the street there is a bus stop and Park & Ride bus to downtown Sacramento!

Utilities and internet are included, except for PG&E, which will be split 3 ways. We have solar panels, so our PG&E bill usually only costs $10 - $20 per person per month.

About the Homeowners: There are two homeowners who live on the property. Both of us are educators. Both of us work a lot, and are usually out-and-about on weekends. We are clean, quiet and we respect other’s space.

What we need from you : Background check /credit check Security deposit ($500), proof of employment.

This is a brand new house that was built in December of 2022. There are only two people who live in this home. My husband is an elementary school teacher and I am a college professor. Neither of us smoke or do drugs. We are very quiet and we keep our house very clean.
