The Condo: Private room & bathroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in gated Pacific Pines community in Encinitas. Close to the beach and has amenities such as tennis courts, a gym, and beautiful plants & landscaping. The common areas in my apartment are mostly furnished except for a TV. You’re welcome to bring your own, I just don’t watch much TV. In unit W/D, separate heaters for each room, wood burning fireplace, patio, lots of kitchen storage, covered parking. The room is available now and rent is due on the 15th of each month. Rent is $1500 plus a $1500 security deposit. Electricity & wifi bills will be split in half.

I’d like to keep the space a peaceful, comfortable environment. While I definitely love to have fun and socialize when I can, I prefer to do it outside the space but of course love to have friends visit when possible. If you’re the type of person who stomps around and slams doors, this is not going to work, sorry!

Pets: I currently have a very sweet kitty. He doesn’t usually like other cats and tends to love dogs. We may be able to work something out with an easy-going cat or dog.

Applicants: My home is my place of comfort, recharging, and healing. Who I let into that space is very important to me.
