I’m looking for someone to sublet my room starting in January to late July. It’s in a 5 bedroom house but there only 3 guys living their right now. It’s on Favor Road. It’s really quiet and pretty area. Rent is $540 a month and utilities are about $100.
About the roomies
Everyone is a senior or already graduate and everyone is over 21. Fairly conservative household. The guys like to golf, hunt, play video games, cookout, etc.
