Private space: partially furnished two bedrooms and bath in a 3-level townhouse. The bedrooms are approximately 115 SF each plus closet space. One bedroom is furnished with queen bed and mattress & nightstand. The other bedroom has a desk, chair & chest of drawers. Private bathroom is in an adjacent hallway. NOTE: We can remove the furniture if you want to bring your own furnishings.

Shared spaces: main floor living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room; basement laundry room; fenced backyard patio with gas BBQ. Single car parking space is available in guest parking.

Walking distance to NIST (about 1 mile), Astra Zeneca (1/4 mile) and Kentlands. 1.5 miles from I-270. Several bus lines are within 10 min or less walking distance.

End unit townhouse, backing to woods in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to major roads. Fully equipped kitchen has been nicely remodeled with granite counters and large bottom freezer refrigerator. Living and dining areas are furnished. WiFi (Verizon FiOS) is fast and reliable. Renters may use community outdoor swimming pool.

Rental terms: $950/month, no smoking, no pets, single occupant only. Utilities and WiFi are included. References and proof of income required before moving in. $700 deposit. The minimum lease term is 6 months converting to month-to-month. Longer lease agreements are welcome.

You will be sharing the common area with two quiet professionals. One rents a master bedroom on the second floor, and the other lives in the basement.
