About the room
Hi, this place is in Filipino Town, basically 5 minutes away from downtown bars and clubs, like literally 5 minutes from the gay bars in downtown and 10 minutes or less from the gay bars in echo park. This is a really big space, lots of room, front porch and a backyard. There’s free washer/dryer in our washroom, dishwasher, fridge, stove included. Utilities are not covered so we would be splitting the utilities. Your bedroom has it’s own private entrance and exit to the backyard and the side gate to leave the property. I want this place to feel like your home, not just your room. Take advantage of the space cause it is big!
About the roomies
Hi, I’m Freddy, I’m a Master’s Level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). I specialize in working with kids with developmental and cognitive disabilities. I’m an animal lover and I’m pretty social. I am very passionate about mental health, and communication. I really want a roommate who can feel comfortable talking to me about things that I can do if our life styles are clashing somehow. Ideally I’d want a roommate who is willing to hangout, go out, binge shows in the living room, get litty every so often, overall just positive and fun energy. I definitely value someone who will clean after themselves and help with common-room cleaning (ie. bathroom, kitchen, living room). I am Gay so, LGBTQ+ friendly. I expect you to be respectful of that. I’m a big fan of horror movies, I nerd out to different fandoms, I like anime and video games. I love going to raves and other music festivals and events. I’m a creative type who likes to write and collaborate with different ideas, I love to go camping and taking trips out of the house, going for drives to the mountains, beach, desert, 6 Flags, wherever! 420 Friendly, Psychedelic Friendly, Rave goodie friendly.
