Comfortable furnished room with a backyard oasis in a safe friendly house.

Bedroom has a wide closet. Your own private bathroom is across the hallway, along with washer and dryer. Spacious kitchen, open floor plan opening into dining room table. WiFi is strong throughout the house. I use Roku for the TVs (inside and outside).

Backyard is relaxing, perfect for entertaining, containing a large fridge; TV; couch, table and chairs; multiple fountains; areas to garden; corn hole and pingpong table; plus an entire shed is available for your storage.

Located roughly halfway between Tramway and Juan Tabo. Close to the hiking trails in the Sandias.

I own the three-bedroom house and live alone, at least now. Preference for those needing temporary housing, but definitely not a dealbreaker for the right person. In the summer, I travel a lot and work nights. Being able to trust someone while I’m gone for long stretches is paramount.
