Hi all! I have a room opening up in my apartment in North Easton, MA. I’m looking for a friendly roommate who is very self sufficient in their own responsibilities. I.e. cleaning after themselves, being respectful of the apartment, autonomous in respecting the public spaces like living room and kitchen. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the top floor of the complex. The property manager is on top of their game and you’ll have access to a small private gym, a common area, a large field with picnic tables and private parking. The apartment itself includes in-unit washer and dryer, bar countertops, furnished common areas, my big screen TV, a balcony, a fridge freezer with an ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. My name is Marcus and I’m a 23 year old HVAC applications engineer. I’ve lived in North Easton for about 15 months and work full time. I work from home sometimes and am in office at other times too. I’m very clean and self sufficient in house responsibilities s I’m very accommodating, but will need a roommate who can manage their own cleanliness and finances. I’m the type of person you shouldn’t feel hesitant to ask for help if you really need it. I’m fairly introverted but do have people over every so often. I’m a cannabis smoker as a disclaimer, though I’m far from belligerent and noisy when using! Im very laid back and enjoy my time off from work. I love to cook almost every day and am happy to work together with reciprocation of meals for each other if that interests you.
