Hey Roomies! If you’re Sedona dreamin’ like me, and relocating to this magical land––then you probably already know good rentals are scarce and pricey, and it might take time to find the right fit.

That is why I rented a modern, rustic 2-bedroom cottage at the family-friendly Verde River RV Resort and Cottages. The cottages are rarely available, but I was fortunate to reserve this safe space a few months back, after a friend’s recommendation. They have a swimming pool, spa, gym, recreational activities like pickle ball, plus tennis courts, pancake breakfasts, and fun resort stuff scheduled each week. It’s unusual lodging and a total hoot!.

What I’m looking for is a roomie for the 2nd bedroom for a couple of months, maybe longer. The room is a private, clean room with built-in bunks, and a comfy full-sized bed, a flat screen TV in the main room, and full kitchen amenities. The cottage is located in Camp Verde and conveniently a straight-shot drive up the highway about 35 minutes to downtown Sedona, where I’ll be working.
