I want to rent out a small bedroom in a 1000sq ft condo located in peaceful lake oswego. Bathroom will be shared but i keep it clean and hope you do too. I don’t have much furniture at the moment but that will leave more room for you if you want to bring some of your own. I have a nice dining table and decent size kitchen. Small couch but a huge tv. Pool open during the summer. Small back porch but huge lawn to play and sprawl. Condo is ground level with only one nice neighbor above. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Your share of utilities(electricity and internet) will cost about 50-150 per month depending on usage and the time of year. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Very close to bridgeport. Condo was renovated before i moved in 4 years ago very nice laminate floors and bedrooms have new carpet. New and quiet dishwasher. Your potential room has barely been used carpet still smells new. We can install a lock on your door if you want. There is a small trundle bed (single that turns into double) in the room if you need it or i can move it out if you bring your own.

I am a late forties single dad and my 8yr old son is home half time on wednesdays and weekends. He is very well behaved. Its ok if you have a kid too, lake oswego schools are great! I do not smoke. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home. I do not drink but don’t mind if you like wine or occasional drink. I work outside of the home at the moment but may return to working from home soon. I would still be gone in the mornings and some afternoons for the job. We are meat eaters but can respect if you are not. I mostly watch tv and do chores in my free time pretty boring i know. Sorry no pets allowed but “maybe” a cat if you are really cool. I’m generally pretty clean and don’t like it when the home gets smelly. i am non political. I am open minded and very respectful of all ideals and beliefs though.
