Beautiful townhome and a gated community with community pools and great walking trails. It is a two-story townhouse you would have your own personal large bedroom and personal bathroom. The house is completely furnished so all you need to do is bring your bedroom furniture. I do have a dog that is friendly he is a pitbull so please don’t apply if you’re afraid of dogs. Because once he gets to know you will try to get in bed with you. Square footage is about 1500 square feet. This home would be occupied by myself and the roommate only. I would love to get together with any potential roommates to show them the house and introduce ourselves to see if we would be compatible. I work part-time, I am 56 years old and spend a lot of time at home. I do have a few small quirks the biggest of them is I am a little OCD and like to keep the house clean. If you know that you are that type of person please make sure you definitely apply. The rent is $700 a month. You would have to pay me an additional $125 for utilities per month. but that could change I will not know to the end of January. That would include electric, gas, water, and trash, and internet. We could discuss groceries and see what is best for both of us. You will have to do a background check and credit report with the rental company that handles this property. You cannot move in until your application has been approved and your security deposit has been made. Very excited about meeting my new roommate. I do enjoy my quiet times and spend a lot of time in my room. I would love to find somebody that we can get along and have a friendship in addition to a rental partnership. I also believe that is very important to be very communicative about any problems in the condo as immediate as possible so things do not Fester.
