My husband and I own a 6 BR single story home with a pool. Our family uses 4 of the bedrooms, and we are renting out the two extra bedrooms which are located on the other side of the house and have their own entrance. Included with the two rooms is a utility room that has a full size refrigerator, a small kitchen table, a microwave, and an electric skillet for your use.

We’re generally looking for one person per room. No drug use, pets negotiable (no more than one pet per room). Rent is $1000 per room per month. Security deposit is $500 per room. If you are interested in both rooms, (with no more than 3 people total), the rent for both rooms will be $1800.

The two bedrooms share a bathroom, and you will also have access and use of our kitchen and family room. We have a pool in our private back yard which you are welcome to use as well during the warmer months.

Each room is 130 sq ft, and has a closet.

All utilities, wifi, and use of washer and dryer included.

Lease is month to month.

My husband works as an electrician, and i am currently a stay at home mom. I do some graphic design in my spare time. We have 2 sons (2 years old and 3 months old), and we are a stable and drama free household. We are looking for tenants who enjoy a similar lifestyle. We also have one small, quiet and very friendly dog.
