Ashleigh's room

Renting out a small bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. 15 minute bus ride to UIUC. Home is fully furnished, but the room is not. We can supply furnishings if you would like. The room is small, but the closet is spacious. We have a fully stocked home and not much room for things but are happy to share our kitchen supplies, etc. Home was built in the 70s and is in excellent condition. Large living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, street or driveway parking.

2 adult females live in this house including the property owner. We have 2 kittens and can’t accept any other pets. Both of us work full time and are very respectful of each other. We are looking for someone who is similarly clean, picks up after themselves, respectful, quiet, and does not smoke, party or do drugs.
