Hey, we are currently looking for someone to take over the rent from our roommate who decided to leave. The room is 13x11 and a personal bath. The bathroom is a jack and Jill doors, so you will have hallway and bedroom access. We have our own master, our guest will use ours and yours will use yours. All other areas we will share. We have everything when it comes to living room, dining, and kitchen. We have washer and dryer in unit. Security deposit is $250, fully refundable if of course your clean

Now about us, I am a 27 year old male working full time maintenance, my wife is a 20 year old dog groomer, and my dog is 2 black lab mix, he’s kinda a big dog so you have to be ok with him! We are 420 friendly. Mainly just looking for someone to clean up after themselves. And of course bills paid on time.
