About the roomies

You will be co tenants with me, a professional video editor and filmmaker, and 2 other co-tenants yet to be decided. I am an early riser, so please expect to hear some shuffling around 7am most mornings from me. I also work from home, but regulate my work to my bedroom. On the weekends you can find me preparing for film shoots and hanging out with friends at restaurants and the cinema. I also enjoy reading in the common spaces and going on walks in the park. I am not vegetarian, so while I don’t mind one, please be able to tolerate the smell of meat in the kitchen.

I am looking for a clean courteous and relatively quiet working professional to co tenant with, starting on February 1st 2023. I value honest and open communication, and would love to live with co tenants who are respectful and friendly with one another. Please be able to bring up issues that arise and anything that bothers you when it first becomes noticeable so we can prevent any arguments before they start.

I am open to casual parties so long as they are not ragers and do not cause damage to the apartment. These get togethers must be scheduled and all the tenants must be in agreement about them taking place. Please be respectful and keep noise to a manageable level.

Please be able to provide references and guarantors are welcome. After meeting with me and if we are a good match, I will pass along your info to the apartment’s management company to fill out an application.
