This is a 3000 ft home where you would be renting the entire basement. It was designed as a mother-in-laws suite. You have your own bedroom, walk-in closet, several rooms for storage with shelving, dining and living room areas. It is currently furnished except for a bed but can be empty for your things. You will be provided a refrigerator and microwave downstairs. At the top of the stairs on the main floor you will share a nice large kitchen with marble countertops. Just around the corner off of the kitchen you have a washer and dryer available to use. Rent includes all utilities…power, gas, water, trash, and Wi-Fi/internet.

I am a 48 year old female that lives here with my 51 year old boyfriend. I am an online seller and pretty much keep to myself upstairs and my boyfriend is semi-retired but usually does mechanical work out of the garage. We have 2 cats and a bird but will keep them out of your way. We will respect your space and privacy. It will basically be like living by yourself with the occasional run-ins on the main floor. The house is in West Omaha, basically 168th and Maple St.
