I have a 4/5 bedroom house (depending on how to want to determine it) and am looking for 1-2 roommates. I currently use two bedrooms, as one is for a home office. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and the HOA takes care of all the outside care. All utilities included. Washer & dryer on site. This house has all the modern amenities, 2600 sq feet, and is 5 minutes from numerous shops and the mall so errands are quick. There is also a great running/biking trail close to the property. No smoking of any kind while on the premises. Looking for a quiet roommate(s) that are very chill, respectful, and courteous.
