I’m looking for a roommate to move into my spare bedroom in my 3 bed 2 bath home in Wheatridge - 15 minutes from downtown Denver and a short 5 minute drive to Golden! Located right off I-70 on a quiet street. Walking distance to Clear Creek Trail.

Monthly Rent Options: - $1,800 - includes access to 2nd bedroom as shared space/guest bedroom & private bathroom - $1,300 - 1 bedroom & shared bathroom, 2nd bedroom to be rented out & defined in lease. Rent Includes: Wifi, electric, water, trash, landscaping & streaming services on shared living room TV. Space Details: House is very spacious with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The bedroom is on the main floor in a quiet location of the house with 3 windows offering lots of natural light! There is a second bedroom next to it, along with a full bathroom. Laundry is easily accessible in the mudroom. Fenced in back yard with a small deck & grill to use. I will eventually be laying concrete along the side of the house which will serve as a large patio. Very large open concept kitchen Private driveway with 4 parking spaces, there is a storage shed in the back yard to store biked & ski/camping gear if needed.

I moved to CO 8 months ago from Minnesota. Still working on decor and other finishing items on the house, if you happen to have an eye for that I would love to collaborate! I have 2 dogs, Zoey and Layla who I have every other week and are very friendly. Since they are both around 60lbs, I ask for no additional pets please. I work hybrid - go into my office 2-3 days per week and work from home the other days. I love to hike/ski/run - essentially all things Colorado! I love going to concerts and discovering new music - being 10 minutes from RedRocks, you can’t beat it.
