This apartment has 2 bathrooms, and this listing uses the guest bathroom in hallway. We are in unit 4, which is the 3rd floor, and the bedroom windows face toward the street. This bedroom listed is attached to a walk in closet. There is a shared washing and dryer machine located on the bottom floor. The 38 and 28 bus lines are only a few steps outside the front door. No private parking spots, but there are usually spots along the street open. If a couple splits this room, wifi and utilities come out to about $45 a month per person.
