Alida's room

I am a CU student who will be moving out of my shared house come July 2023 and am looking for another CU student to take my place in a four bedroom, three bath house on baseline. You can move in as early as July 1. The property itself is a 15 min bike ride away from campus and is right on a bus line that will take you directly to campus. The house is very close to east campus as well. The room is a bedroom in the lower level of a split level house and shared a bathroom with one of the other roommates. Also our lease does not allow dogs or cats unfortunately. The kitchen and living room are in an open space upstairs with a lovely bay window great for plants! Amenities include a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit and the house has a lovely back porch and huge backyard which are lovely in the warmer months. There is free street parking and a small garage that can fit bikes. Despite being just off of baseline, the soundproofing is incredible and it doesn’t feel like you’re on a major road.

You’d be living with three women who are all sophomores at CU. They are all super social, but also have no issue if you prefer to keep to yourself. Internet is a little less than $20 per month and is paid to one of the other roommates. We all share food unless you make it clear that’s not your style in which case that will be respected. We all chip in for chores around keep the shared living spaces clean, but are not huge sticklers for having a spotless house.
