Beautiful Dana Point 3 bedroom/ 3 bath single family house share. Looking for one other to join me in this newly remodeled ocean view home across the street from Strands Beach. Includes garage parking, community pool/spa, backyard, and gated community. Includes all utilities except electric which is split between 2 people (~40/month). Recent remodel includes new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom vanities, new a/c, new paint etc…. Most appliances are new.

I am in my 40s, work in device research, and have 2 dogs. I paddle for Dana Outrigger. Looking for responsible person to join this beautiful beach house 😊
