The room is quite large with your own private en-suite bathroom, large closet, and sliding glass doors leading to your own deck onto the backyard. House has third unused room possibly for a study, workout, or storage. House comes installed with a huge projector in the living room, gas oven, and solar panels which lower your electricity bill significantly. House also has central heat and central A/C, which was a lifesaver during the heat waves. Great insulation. Garbage is included, other utilities split with roommate.

I am looking for someone to take my place in the house. I’m moving somewhere more conducive for my dog and wish I could stay but hoping someone great can take my spot. Sam is my roommate, he works in the service industry usually afternoon to late evenings and most weekends. He is clean, hospitable, and just generally good natured. He has started a small business repairing cars so is in the garage often working on his vehicles. He is quiet and enjoys The Sopranos, working on his cars, and going on lots of camping trips. Open to almost all types of people, sorry, just no kids!
