I am currently renting a 10 x 10.5 room for $900 per month in my 5 bedroom 4 bath 3,200 sq ft home in Mountain House, CA All utilities Included - cable, electric, water, wifi, washer/dryer use. Light use of kitchen, eating area, and dining room ok.

All I ask for are basic critical behaviors & transparency that are important to a healthy home environment for everyone.

I have attached random photos of the house (different seasons obviously) but you get the idea.

1. Pay rent on time without me asking
2. clean any messes you make in common areas (life is messy so I don’t expect perfection)
3. Be respectful/mindful enough to not keep everyone up at night. No one is perfect and sometimes we forget to be quiet, but within reason.
4. Ok with Cat and small dog but it should stay in the room only
5. No drugs or smoking.
6. You get a big separate fridge which is only shared with 1 or 2 people max in addition to you.
7. No overnight guests but exceptions at times can be made for the right person.

I am a 37 year old professional. I am responsible yet easy going & try not to take life too seriously, glass half full type of personality.
