One Bedroom/Private Bathroom $800

I have a room for rent located off of Wedgewood Drive in Manassas, VA. Female looking for Female ONLY roommate. Available January 1st, lease ends May 31st 2023.

It’s $800 (depending on which room) with all utilities and internet included. There’s a security deposit of $600, washer and dryer in the townhouse as well which you can have access to one/two days per week. There are kitchen privileges, assuming you’re a considerate roommate.

I have (2) rooms. One is furnished and the other unfurnished. You can choose one of the two rooms, depending on if you need furniture or not.

I would prefer someone who’s clean because I’m a neat freak. It’s just me and my dog who live here. My boyfriend visits on the weekend and brings his dog, Oreo (p.s. Oreo is the best and loves everyone) There will be no marijuana allowed on the property, even if you have medical card.

I’m not crazy about having another pet living here but would make an exception depending on the person/type of pet.

A little about me…. I’m 30 year old female with a Great Pyrenees named Oakley. My name is Emily and I work for Code Enforcement & Fire Marshal’s Office. I have a pretty regular schedule of 8:30am to 5pm and I’m off on the weekends. I work from home 2 days per week. I enjoy running, hiking and anything dog related. I don’t drink alcohol or do any other illegal substances.

My dog is NOT friendly at first and dislikes new people. We’ve never had an incident unless someone gets purposely in her face. I need a woman who is dominant and not afraid to tell my dog to go lay down and mind her own dog business. She will growl when you walk in the door for the first week or two. If you’re afraid of dogs; I won’t be the right fit for you. However, she will spend a significant amount of time at my dads or in a muzzle here at the house till you get comfortable.
