The above pictured bedroom for rent is unfurnished but includes a freestanding closet and two dressers. I will be occupying the other bedroom. The living room will be furnished. I have a cat, otherwise no other pets allowed.

This unit is the most recently updated in the building. Includes gas stove/range, fridge, and microwave. Utilities included are trash, recycling, and water. Tenants pay for gas and electric through PG&E which is under my name, internet also paid by tenants. No AC or heating, unit gets plenty of sunlight and stays cool. There is a shared backyard between two buildings. Laundry is on-site and coin operated. Bike storage in basement. Secured entry. Street parking without permit available.

I work at a board game shop and have a cat named Toast that’s three years old whom is very friendly, playful, and curious. Most days I like to play video games so while I may be loud sometimes, I also don’t mind others being loud as well as long as the neighbors aren’t being disturbed. Overall, I like a lot of games, sci-fi, fantasy, and generally most geek-like things. I would love to have someone else open to playing games whether it’s board games or video games.

The other tenants in my building are mostly in their 30s and are very nice and welcoming and we even sometimes exchange food with each other. It’s a nice little community that we have and I hope we can add another person!
