About the room
It’s a small cozy place that has a private, easy access entrance for people who have a car and will be parking . Fully furnished except for the guest bedroom which is unfurnished. The area has a lot of children and is gated with 2 separate codes you’d need to remember. Clean and safe area with no real disruptions.
About the roomies
It’s just me living alone in the apartment, I am a 25 y/o black male who gets up on time everyday to go to work. Sometimes I do drink but it’s responsibly never causing any ruckus. I’m a cook, so I bring home a lot of food typically and I am not the stay in room all day type. I have a puppy husky named Poncho that will occasionally howl when he doesn’t gets what he wants when he wants it. Other than that, feel free to ask me more questions I’ll try to respond asap
