I live here with my mom. Shared bathroom would be with my mom. We’re very clean and keep to ourselves. We both work remotely and I’m typically in and out of the house most days. We do have one friendly dog. Rent includes utilities (wifi, power, water, security). Washer and Dryer available to use. There is a half bath in the communal area. House is walking distance from Marta bus and train station West Lake. We’re minutes from downtown and about 15 minutes from the airport. Available right away. First months rent and deposit of $1000 due upfront. Term of rental is negotiable. Background and credit check are required.

I’m 34 years old and fairly active. My mom is 54 and works remotely from the house at the moment. We adopted the sweetest pup from Atlanta Humane Society and his name is Domingo. He’s an English Mastiff Mix. Great guard dog but wouldn’t hurt a fly.
