C Street

I am looking for a roommate. Move-in is first, last, and deposit, plus at least a 6-month lease. Move-in is April 1st, a few before or after possible. Unfurnished Room for rent in cute two-bedroom duplex. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared. The space for rent is not pictured (I have a picture with someone’s stuff in it). Side yard and backyard with a garden. I like to plant veggies during the winter and spring. Utilities are shared but the landlord pays for water. It’s a duplex with hardwood floors, and a coin-operated washer & dryer on-site. I prefer self-identifying as female and no couples. I have a cat, that is a little old lady. No dogs, sorry.

I work in social services full-time, plus a part-time job, and am in school. I am sober, so am looking for someone to be mindful of that. I am looking for someone to not bring the party home. That doesn’t mean you have to be sober but I don’t want someone drinking every night. I think I would be the wrong match for you. I’m pretty clean but not a neat freak. I hate dusting but always sweep/mop, keep the counters clean, and wash the rugs. Just clean up after yourself. Communication is always the key to any excellent roommate situation.
