Subleasing my room at 5025. It’s right next to SDSU, and has shuttle service to campus. It’s a single corner bedroom with en-suite bath and a private balcony. Comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, and side table. Its in the 4x4 Elite floor plan so there are 5 roommates (all guys) in the other bedrooms. Washer and dryer in unit and central heat/air. There’s a 24 hour gym, pool, and club house. Rent is $1,050 a month, there is also a $65 optional parking fee, $12 amenity fee, and a $15 renters insurance fee if you choose to not provide your own. So for me it comes out to $1,142 a month. You can apply through their website, once accepted they’ll generate a new lease for you. Move in is on Thursday January 12th, 2023, its for the Spring Semester so the lease is until July 31st, 2023 and you can choose if you’d like to renew. They’ve all been great guys to hangout with, really chill, and super easy to get along with. They all attend SDSU and are in their early 20’s. Pretty clean, not super clean but they don’t let it get bad.
