Private Bedroom + Shared Bathroom (shared with 1 other person) in a 4-bedroom, 2 story apartment in Lincoln Heights. Beautiful, clean, new and gated. 2 living rooms, washer/dryer in unit, big kitchen w/ dishwasher, easy street parking.

Two parks within walking distance and lots of neighborhood restaurant and bar gems. Very central area close to Chinatown, Downtown, Glasell Park, Highland Park, and Boyle Heights. Quick access to the 5, 10, 2, 110 and 101.

Roommates are 2 guys and 1 gal. All have jobs, cool, artistic, clean. We share the kitchen and clean up well afterwards and all maintain the common spaces (i.e take out trash, buy trash bags and dish soap etc.) It’s understood if something needs to be done we just do it and it has worked really well for us. We’re all musicians but highly considerate and the apartment is quiet. We also have a small senior dog who might make an appearance from time to time. He is sweet, quiet and well-trained.

Neighborhood is safe, there is an elementary school nearby. Neighbors consist mostly of families and older folks though our building of six units is all young people who are super nice and cordial. Our apartment building is also gated.
