Free place to stay: 6 acre private property 10 miles outside of downtown Savannah and 15 from Hilton Head. 3 Brd, 1.5 bath, fenced in front yard, laundry, internet, river access and boat launch. Private road, 4/20 friendly, movie projector, outdoor grill/ fire pit, sunroom, gym equipment, video games. Questions welcome

I’m usually pretty active, steady work schedule. When I’m not working for work, usually working on the property, taking a trip or smoking, watching a movie and grilling. Don’t drink very much. Minimal bills, property paid for. Newly single and no family in this state so if we get along, I wouldn’t even ask rent, just company and help around the house. Happy to elaborate
