I have the option of taking a beautiful 3br new renovation high rise deck top floor (west end) if I can find responsible co-tenants (one or two). I currently live across the street and have to move by dec 1- so if I can’t fill these rooms in time, it would be a shame to let this beautiful home go. Message me for photos/more details. I am 33 female accountant along with regular contracted “gig” work. I want to reduce my cost of living, maintain a humble and respectful living environment that is safe of course for all.
We can be friends or keep our heads down and mind our own business…… I can’t have any risky, unstable, or disgustingly messy Roomate’s (I’ll do most/all of the cleaning in the common areas and I’m a really good cook, just like Nonna) Noise or visitors isn’t a concern as long as it’s not disruptive.
(personally I don’t have a social life, I don’t mind drinkers or smokers(outside)) I am not confrontational, empathetic, understanding- I’m very universal with getting along with everyone and anyone-I have had room shares before with a diverse array or people and ages. Financially I need someone that can pull their weight, and I also need someone that wants to progress their own life and isn’t going to spiral or cause headaches.
