1 bedroom 1 bathroom $850/month not including internet ($25) and GRU. *photo is backwards because that’s how the apartment layout actually is. ~2.3 miles from Santa Fe campus. Living room is semi-furnished. Bedroom has carpeting, but bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room are all wood. Stainless steel appliances. Gated community. Washer and dryer in unit. No pets. LGBTQ+ friendly. (Negotiable) April-June move in date. I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, at least in shared spaces. I like it when almost nothing is left laying around or left on the counter in terms of food or dishes for more than a day, I get having to leave in a rush in the morning and cleaning when you come back though. The lease only allows two pets and I have two cats, so there can be no more animals.

I’m the only “roomie.” My name is Stephanie and I’m 22. I like to do photography, art, and write. I like anime/cartoons and manga quite a bit. I tend to stay in my room a lot, but I’m working on trying to come out a bit more. I don’t party and I don’t drink or smoke, they’re just not things that interest me.
